Called Mark Morton to diagnose and repair a problem with our Lift Master Gate Operator. He responded early on a Saturday morning, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and expertly. Highly recommend Mark for all necessary repairs.

After the recent ice and snow of Jan.2016, I had a problem with a disabled Mighty Mule security gate, and i needed to chat with a troubleshooter. Mark patiently walked me through opening the control box, finding the problem and fixing it. It turns out that the controller has a fuse that blows to protect the circuitry. A box of spare fuses was inside, so I had to plug one in to bring it back to life. I also had to dig out the ice chunks in the track to prevent disabling the Mighty Mule again. Thanks again to Mark for patiently consulting on a problem about 100 miles away.

Mark Morton has repaired and maintained my GTO Mule 502 gate opener for several years, and recently completely replaced my old installation. He is extremely knowledgeable on a number of manufacturer’s systems, and maintains a stock of replacement parts for rapid repairs. Mark and his team at 3M Gates are very knowledgeable. After a thorough discussion on salvaging any of the old system we opted to replace the entire system (panel, gate motors, and keypad). Based on the research I did the quote was very reasonable. We are prone to lightning in our area and Mark has taken precautions to ensure the system does not get fried! The work got completed within a day with some slight adjustments that were needed later.
